‘The light never goes off’ – Logifuture on cutting sportsbook downtime without cutting standards

Off-peak downtime is not a small problem, warns Logifuture ‘s CBDO Niccolo Cassettari, who has set out to build solutions that tackle the challenge. “It’s not about creating engagement around the big games, it’s about keeping the users engaged the other 20 hours of the day,” he says.
He talks about what Logifuture is doing to help operators fill downtime without just adding boring filler. He highlights the supplier’s new Simulator feature, which allows players to fill moments in-between games by virtually simulating their bets ahead of time and wagering on the outcome.
Innovative fun features like this are key to ensuring downtime content doesn’t degrade quality, arguing the company’s mission statement is to deliver products that players don’t have to lower their standard for.
When done right, “the light never goes off on your sportsbook and the action keeps going”, Cassettari says.
